Connect Cause has decentralized our Tech Support. Passage Home is no longer at the whim and availability of a singular tech expert. All of our staff now have virtually instant access to technical expertise and support via email and phone. With a large, mostly mobile workforce, the ability for Connect Cause to provide support to Passage Home staff at any time and at any location has created efficiency and confidence within our programs. It’s as if our technical support went from a two-lane highway with an accident on the side, to high-speed mass transit overnight.
