DURHAM, N.C., March 28, 2023 – Connect Cause has signed a new agreement with North Carolina Asian Americans Together to become their official Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) and Voice Over IP (VoIP) provider.
“We are thrilled to be able to serve North Carolina Asian Americans Together and empower the work that they are doing in our community,” said Connect Cause CEO Ahmad Eied. “By allowing Connect Cause to manage their technology, they can make an even greater impact as they are able to focus more of their attention directly toward their mission.”
Connect Cause will manage and monitor all of NCAAT’s computer systems as well as their network to keep everything in working order to avoid interruptions. To provide additional flexibility with their phone system, Connect Cause will also provide a new VoIP phone service.
Included in the new 3-year partnership was an in-kind donation of products and services from Connect Cause that totaled more than $4,300.
